Introduction
This will perhaps be the shortest, yet most powerful information material I have
ever written and if you have ever bought or gotten an information material from
me in the past, you will agree this is true (they are usually between 45 to
100pages long).
I however want you to grasp the basic concept in minutes and not have to dig
through pages and pages to get the information, so I am giving you only the
“meat”.. all other stuff is thrown out – making it a short and easy read.
I estimate it will take you less than 15minutes to read through and know exactly
what to do to own a land, make incredible cash marketing land (up to
N4.8million in 2years is my estimate) and double your money through land
Ownership in the next 3 to 5months.
How I Lost Over N400, 000 & Why It Must Never
Happen To You
I feel it a good way to start the Mafia Landlord report by telling you how I was
stupid enough to loose out on an opportunity of making a fast, easy N400,000
And how I blew it.
In 2007 October, I was one of the first to catch wind of new plots of land selling
at just N360,000 and all I needed to pay was N24,000 monthly. Of course, at
that time I was spending far more than this on phone calls and Internet
connection alone per month. So the issue was not money.
I looked at the opportunity and ignored it.
The Hidden Landlord © 2008, 4
By January 2008, the same plot of land started selling for N500,000 and by May
of the same year, it had hit N800,000
If you calculate it, I would have owned the land by making a monthly deposit of
N24,000; that means by January when the land has gone to N500k, my initial
investment (the deposit made) would have been just N96,000
By that time, I could have sold the plot of land for N500,000 and pocketed
N236,000
Here is the calculation:
Real cost of Land in October, 2007 ………………………….. N360,000
Monthly Payment for 4months ………………………………. N96,000
Amount I am yet to pay ……………………………………… N264,000
Cost of Land in January, 2008………………………………… N500,000
If I sold at N500,000 in January, 2008 I would just pay the full N360,000 then
gotten back my N96,000 investment plus a big profit of N140,000 without
lifting a finger!
If I waited till May of the same year, my investment would have returned over
N.4million naira without a finger lifted.
Even if you never plan to live in Lagos or any other city where the kind of deals
I am going to describe to you take place, you can still go ahead and make cool
money from it.
The stock market has crashed and is still crashing. Forget all the nonsense the
CBN said about the Nigerian Stock Market being immune. The wonder banks
The Hidden Landlord © 2008, 5
have come and gone BUT the land market is there to profit from and I see no
reason why you should not get in now. Please learn from my experience;
because I hesitated and took no action, I lost a healthy and solid N.4million
profit. Take what you read here serious and don’t let what happened to me be
your lot.
That said, Land ownership can be a tug of war and seriously most people never
think they can achieve it and the reason for this kind of limitative thinking is
understandable.
Let’s assume a piece of land in a developing area of Lagos state goes for like
N800,000 and you work in a place where you earn only N30,000 per month. If
your savings is N10,000 a month, it will take you 80months to be able to save
enough to buy that piece of land and I bet you; by the time the 80months has
elapsed, the same piece of land that sold for N800,000 must have gone up to
N2million minimum.
So, truthfully… unless you go the Mafia Style and use some deep secrets to get
your land possibly within 6months to 2years STRESS-FREE, you might never
be able to achieve it.
That is the honest truth.
What I want to show you on the pages of this short hidden report is how to own a
land in a maximum of 2years. For those who will be smart and bold enough to
apply my Hidden LandLord principles, you might be able to own your land
within 3 – 6months for free (but with a little bit of work).
In truth, you won’t kill anybody like the mafia. Neither am I going to talk about
using drug money or charms or any illegal methods to own a land. However, by
The Hidden Landlord © 2008, 6
the time you have read through all the steps I am going to outline, you will see
how doable the whole process is and you will come to understand how similar it
is to a hidden style operation.
That is why this is called the Hidden Landlord Secrets.
However, I should sound a horn of warning before I start explaining my mafia
secrets.
I have been publishing information since 2003 when I was an undergraduate. I
have sold my information to thousands of Nigerians and I have also sold to
people from more than 10 countries of the world which includes the UK, USA,
Canada etc
As a result of my dealing with numerous clients, I have come to understand that
there are some set of people who will misinterpret any information given and
thus get a negative result. There are also a set of people who will become overzealous
with any new information they get, ignore reason and caution and
therefore loose their hard earned money.
That is why I am sounding a note of warning once again.
I am not a lawyer, or a real estate personnel. Neither am I an accountant. Where
I have personal hands on experience, I will state it clearly. Otherwise, always
remember to seek advice from competent professionals (lawyers, accountants
etc) before you engage in any deal. This is just to cover yourself because I
personally hate to loose money.
Also, you might find yourself in a position where you pay for a land. In such
cases, NEVER entrust your cash to an individual. Instead, insist on paying into
a corporate (company) account and always keep your proof of payment.
7
Let’s delve into the hidden information.
8 How I Got The Idea For Hidden Landlord
When you think land ownership, most people think one-time payment of
N800,000 or N2million or even N5million and this usually takes a lot of time,
effort and discipline to gather.
The honest truth is that most people will never be able to gather such money in
their life-time and will remain a tenant till death. Now, that is the downright
truth.
If you have ever owned a land or being close to people who do, you will also
know that anything that has to do with land is like a mafia operation.
 Before you buy the land is trouble. You will have to go in search of the
family that owns the land, pin-point who to pay to, go through countless
maneuver to ensure you don’t loose out etc
 When you buy the land, you are not even sure which family the land
really belongs to and you will start praying that a negative occurrence
never happens
 When you buy a land, because of the rigours of finding out prior
ownership, most people never bother to do it and it is not uncommon to
purchase a land that was previously owned by the Government or some
other institutions. For instance, one of our own landed property recently
came up as being owned by a religious organisation. Now all the
inhabitant of the community is being asked to pay one more time and
we’ve started paying. Imagine that!
 Think about “omonile” wahala. To lay foundation, trouble. When you
want to go for a story building, they will charge you again, to do roofing,
is another trouble on its own..
 On and on.. goes the challenges.
9 When you think of all these, you will discover that the chances of a lot of Nigerians
owning a land is quite slim and that is where this secret is dynamite.
The first thing you should work at if you want to purchase a safe land and escape all
the problems highlighted above and many more is to smartly shift all the
responsibility to someone else.
If there is any issue, you simply go mafia style and accuse plus shift the blame to
that person and collect your money back. I love this because it helps me cover
“my ass”
So, the first thing you should do is to look for established land agents (estate
managers) and buy from them. Usually these people will acquire large land mass
and then sell in smaller bits to people like you and I. Of course they make
murderous profits from doing this BUT I love the arrangement because I won’t ever
really need to face all the troubles above.
It is their problem – NOT MINE!
And Here’s Where It Gets Interesting
These estate management companies I spoke of earlier are always in search of
customers to buy land from them and so they come up with very interesting land
ownership schemes.
For example, if a piece of land sells for N700,000; an estate management can come
up with a land ownership scheme where they release a plot of land for just N25,000
per month and you pay over a period of about 28months.
10 The implication of this is straight forward and in plain English, it means that you
will approach them with N25,000 which secures a plot of land for you and then you
pay N25,000 every month for the next 28months.
By the end of the 28months, you will be a proud land owner and that is just cool. It
means if a student can come up with a plan that makes him/her N25,000 monthly,
by the time he is a graduate, he will be a landlord and this simple secret makes land
ownership easy for just about anyone who is serious enough to give it a shot.
I would rather own a land using this method than own a brand new car. As far as I
am concerned, the land is an asset which will appreciate in value starting
immediately I purchase while a car goes into depreciation instantly.
So, the first land ownership secret you can explore is to look out for land
management or estate companies that are ready to give you this kind of deal and
subscribe to them. The minute you pay your first instalment, you automatically keying
to own a plot of land and they will hand over the land documents usually when
you complete your payments.
Let’s Do A Little Hidden
Now that you know that there are companies that will allow you to buy land with
instalmental payments (you pay a fixed amount each month for a fixed amount of
time), it gets even better because this gives you an opportunity to buy your land
without any money or for half the price.
Here is how the Mafia Plan goes.
If the estate company is giving out the land at say N25,000 a month, then you will
need about N100,000 to get the land free or for half the real price. All you have to
11 do is subscribe to two or three plot of the land and pay N50,000 or N75,000 respectively. The second month, pay another N50,000 for the two plots of land and by the third month, sell one plot of land, pay off the cost of the land you want to own and
keep the profit.
Here is why this plan works like a
charm.
First, you need to know that although
the estate company won’t say it
expressly, they love this kind of deals.
In fact, when you are ready to sell, they
will help you find a buyer because they
are sure to take a cut from the money
paid. This means, you gain, they gain –
everybody goes home happy.
The bad news is that, they won’t tell you
this secret openly. You have to approach
them and tell them you want to sell the
piece of land or you approach them to
ask them about doing this.
Another reason why this strategy works well is this.
12
S IDE NOTE:
The Hidden Safe-Trap
This is a mafia secret you can use for
this method but be careful about its use
so that you never loose out.
Let’s assume you pay N50,000 for two
plots of land at N25,000 per plot per
month. For a lot of people, this will be
hectic.
That is where my secret Mafia Safe-Trap
comes in.
Usually, the estate company will reverse
the contract if you fail to make your
monthly payments per month BUT they
usually won’t do it immediately.
Sometimes, they will wait for you to
default on the payments of 2 or
3months, then they cancel the
agreement.
Now, that loophole in their system is
your own Mafia Safe trap.
You bought 2 plots of land because you
want to sell one and you expect the land
to appreciate in like 2 to 3 months, so
you pay for the first month and use the
safe-trap time to allow the land
appreciate, then before the estate
company can decide to revoke the
agreement you have with them, you
quickly sell one of the plots and use the
gain to pay for the other plot.
It’s a hidden trap… it works but apply
it with wisdom!
The estate companies are very smart. When they acquire a fresh estate, what they do
is to set a price per plot. Let’s say N750,000 per plot. Then they will come to the
market with a lower price than the set price. For instance they can come to the
market with N600,000 per plot. If you are lucky to buy during the promo by paying
just N25,000 for your first month’s payment, it means immediately after the promo
is over, you have made N150,000 with just a down payment of N25,000.
I believe you are getting my drift.
Let’s say they come to the public with a price of N600,000 and you pay just
N25,000 for your first month. Immediately after the promo, they will hike the price
to like N750,000 but since you already entered an agreement with your first
payment, the increase of N150,000 is not your business. Infact, it is a profit for you
because you can decide to contact them, flip (sell) the land and collect your profit
while they keep their share.
Now, you need to understand how these estate companies work. They are quite
smart and they always go all out to make as much money as possible. When you
look at their operations, you will notice that a few months (usually like 2months)
after their initial offer, the price of the land must have risen steadily until about
N300,000 to N400,000 has been added.
Which means, if you paid N25,000 in December as first payment for the land at a
price of N600k, you can be almost sure that by around March or April, the land
must have gone up to N900,000 meaning that if you bought two of the land, you can
flip one, pay a big almost half the cost of the one you wish to keep – meaning that
you got the land for half the price. (If you do the math, then you will know
exactly what to do to get the land free by buying more than you need at first,
then flipping the rest to pay for the one you need.)
13
By doing this, you must have become a landlord simply by playing smart. It is clean
and straight forward.
More Hidden.. This Time No Money Needed.
I do understand that there are some people who don’t even have the N25,000 a
month to pay for the land. So, I started thinking… “a way has to exist for these
people”
I mean being able to own your land, build your own house without really brining
out any money from your pocket and after careful thinking, I came up with a hidden
solution that works.
You see, you need to understand that every business man is always on the lookout
to make more sales and make more money. Even Bill Gates will do business with
you if you can show him how to make more money. That established, you need to
ask yourself.. “How can I help the estate companies make more money?”
When I asked this question, I came up with a very simple answer which is to help
them sell more land.
If I can bring them more customers, they will definitely sell more and make more
money, so I invited one of their staff to my office and he confirmed that they
actually do this (NOTICE: they won’t tell you openly. You’ve got to ask them
about it).
So, here is what you do.
You approach them and tell them you can bring up to 50 new customers to them.
Ask them what the procedure is for working with them and ask them more
importantly what the commission is.
14. One of those I spoke to said they’ll give me a commission of 7.5% on each month’s
payment for each new person I refer.
Now, considering the fact that my
target is to bring in 50 new people, then
here is the math.
If the monthly payment over a 2year
period is N25,000 per month.
7.5% of N25,000 = N1,875 per month
For 50 new customers, you will be
earning a commission of N1,875 x 50 =
N93,750 per month and you will earn
this amount every month for 2years
because the owner of the land will pay
the N25,000 every month over a 2year
period.
If you can do this, then all you need to
do is pay for your own plot of land
from your commissions every month
and you will become a landlord without
a kobo from your pocket.
You might be wondering right now….
And saying in your heart that this is all
talk and that it ain’t really doable but I
want you to understand the following.
 You have not failed at something until you try it and it doesn’t work

Find An Estate Company & Key In Immediately

The next step for you will be to find
an estate company and plugin to them.
I suggest you do this with caution and
ask your friends and family if they
have any such company they have
dealt with and who are very reliable.
Here is a small list. Please be aware
that the list I am giving here doesn’t
mean I endorse the companies.
Where I have had personal
dealings, I will state it clearly.

17S IDE NOTE:
The Secret of The Inside
Man
You need someone who will be your
eyes and nose within the real estate
company.. someone to give you HOT
information.
This goes thus…
When you have an inside man with the
estate company, you can get insider
information. For example, I have a kind
of insight into what appreciation will
happen for Prime Estate Igbesa by
discreetly asking my inside man.
This is a privileged information (I am
not supposed to know) and there is
no way I could have know what is on
the mind of the management unless I
had an inside man.
So, for any estate company you decide
on, try and find an inside man and
draw him/her close. Ask questions,
give calls and make your name stick in
the person’s mind. That way, you can
know about underground deals that will
never get public and know what the
management is planning upon, so you
can make your own mafia plans.

There are so many of these estate companies in town now and many more are
springing up. Just keep an eye out but always follow due diligence. That is
important. I suggest you get a copy of the magazine called Castles
(http://castlesweekly.com) so you can keep a tab on things happening in this sector.
WARNING: when dealing, it is better you take a personal trip to the office of the company and
NEVER under any circumstance pay cash to any agent, or anybody who works with or claims to
work with the company. Make sure you pay only into registered accounts and never loose the proof
of payment. Infact, if possible laminate and keep it.
18 A Super Hidden Secret
This goes thus…
Watch the estate companies and be on the look out for the new lands they are
selling. They always sell a little cheap
when they start selling an estate but
after 3 to 4 months of selling, the
price of the estate must have escalated
to the point of almost doubling.
For instance, Realty Point in October
2007 started selling Prime Estate
phase 2 at N360,000 per plot (that is
excluding survey, documentation and
other petty fees). By April 2008, each
plot of the land was selling for
N800,000 and there was still a mad
rush.
I had not developed my hidden system
back then,
so I missed out on this. Right now as
I am writing, these same guys have
acquired a new land which they call Prime Estate Igbesa with a promo price of
N600,000 and immediately it is Nov. 30, 3008 the price of the land will go up to
N750,000
I am speculating that by March or April next year, each plot of this land will be
going for as much as N900,000 and trust me. My mafia landlord instinct is at killer
level and I am already keyed into this.
19S IDE NOTE:
Puffing The Smoke Screen
Real estate companies are run by
incredibly smart guys and they operate
what I call the smoke screen..
This is the nasty habit of doubling the
price of a property in a short time
despite the fact that they come with a
reasonable market entry price.
Right now as I speak, the smoke
screen system is expected to work at
Lekki Phase II (where plots are going
for N10m – N17m) and Mowe (where
plots are hitting N900,000 – N1m).
It means if I had bought Mowe in 2007
at N360,000… I would have
successfully puffed a smoke screen.
These estate boys know what they are
doing.. any price they set is just a
smoke screen to their real price
intention.
Your golden key to good profits is to
become adept at puffing this smoke
screen, and knowing what they intend
to do with price before they hatch their
plan.
So, always watch them and look for promos. They are a good way to almost double
or double your money without lifting a finger.
20 33 Smart Questions You Should Ask Before You
Pay For Any Land Anywhere
Should I Pay My Money In Cash To An Agent?
Never pay to an agent. Pay into the company account and make sure you have your
payment teller. I am not discrediting anyone but this is what wisdom demands.
Who Is The Company?
Who runs the company? Where are they located? How do they operate? How
reputable are they?
You need to do your home work first and these are questions you should try and ask
and find answers to.
Where Is The Estate Located?
This is a very important question you need to ask. You should know exactly where
the land you are about to buy is located and its prospects for growth. Usually this
will help you to forecast how fast the land will appreciate and how soon you will be
able to make a profit and to what degree of profit you should expect.
For instance, Prime Estate Igbesa in Agbara has the following in its neighbourhood:
Opic Estate, Agbara Estate, Covenant University, Ronik Polytechnic, Gateway
Polytechnic, Vitamalt Staff Co-operative estate, Free Trade Zone etc
What is the size of the plot?
Usually, it is 18m by 36m for a plot but make sure you ask because it is possible
there are variations.
21. What Infrastructures Are Available?
A lot of estate companies will be silent on this except you ask and it is very
important that you know. By infrastructure, I mean things like estate fencing,
security, transformer, boreholes, roads, drainage, waste management and disposal
etc
You should make sure you ask, so that you know before hand what to expect and
what not to expect and what to prepare to get.
Will Price Increase Affect Me?
You cannot rule out the possibility of greed, so make sure you ask very well. Will
you be affected by any hike in the price of land. If for instance you pay N25,000 per
month and the price increases after just 3 months, will you ever be asked to pay
more than the agreed price?
Ask them and let them explain clearly.
Is The Land Free From Any troubles?
The last thing you want is a land that will give you headaches later, so ask. Are
there government interests on the land. Is there any pending land case? Are there
“omonile” families laying claim to the land? Find out and get a concrete answer
before you commit any of your cash.
Are There Hidden Fees?
When the estate company tells you the land is N600,000 for example, it doesn’t
really mean that is all you will need to pay. There are still some charges which you
won’t know and won’t be prepared for until later. For example, you might be
development levy or survey fee, or legal documentation fee etc
Make sure you ask them very well and let them tell you so you know what you are
up against. The fees are usually not much but it’s a nice thing to know where you
22. are going from the very beginning, instead of getting where you think is the end
only to discover the journey still stretches further.
When Will I Get My Plot?
This might look trivia but it isn’t. You should ask them and know exactly the
arrangement laid out for when you will get your plot of land. Is it after paying half
or after paying in full. What are the conditions involved?
Can I Start Building Immediately?
Ask and get a concrete answer.
What Can I Build On The Land?
This looks like a funny question but make sure you ask. I have seen estates where
no one was allowed to build a storey building and where even the colour of the
water tank was specified, even the type of air-conditioner was specified etc
Make sure you ask what the rules are about what you can erect.
What Happens If I Don’t Pay Regularly?
If you get a deal where you pay monthly, please do yourself the favour to find out
what happens if for instance you default for a month or two. That is important.
Can You Help Me Sell My Land & How Soon?
When you buy land as a form of investment like I do, you will want to know if it is
possible to get the estate company to sell on your behalf when you want to sell. If
they cannot help you sell, it constitutes a potential future investment problem
because it means you will have to start looking for a buyer yourself.
23. What Will Be Your Commission For Helping Me Sell?
Please note that the estate companies are no fools and if they decide to help you sell,
they will definitely want a cut. Ask them what cut they take and do the math to see
if it suits you or not. Afterall, its your money you are investing.
What Happens If I Don’t Develop The Land?
Don’t be surprised if they have a secret clause in their terms of agreement for
collecting the land from you if you do not develop it after a certain period. That is
why you’ve got to act like a mafia and ask them to tell you specifically what they
have in mind.
Can you Help Me Build?
This is an interesting question to ask. Find out if they can develop your land for you
and what sort of arrangement they have in place concerning this.
What Land Papers Will I be Given?
When you pay, what do you get.
Do You Give Commissions for Referrals?
Be inquisitive because definitely people will come to them through you. Ask them
about a commission for the people you send.
If I Cannot Complete My Payment, What Happens?
With the Hidden Landlord, you will be able to complete your payment but it is a
lovely thing to know what happens just in case. Ask them and find out. Personally I
believe any reasonable land deal should be able to give you back your deposit in full
if anything like that occurs later.
What Immunity Do I Have Against Omoniles?
As someone who has worked on more than 3 different land projects, I can tell you
that the trouble of omonile is a naughty one. When you buy the land, you pay.
24. When you want to go for a storey building, you pay again, when you want to roof
the house, you will pay another money.
All on the same plot of land you bought o!
Since you are buying from an estate company, they should be able to shield you
totally from all these unnecessary payments and troubles. Ask them about it
carefully and let them tell you what they have in place.
Can I Use the Plot For A Commercial Purpose?
What if later in future, you decide to turn the plot to a warehouse or a school or use
it for other commercial purposes? What comments and provisions do they have for
this?
What Is The Potential Growth of The Area?
I agree that in the long run, all landed property will appreciate in value but you need
to find out how soon this appreciation will be and this can be determined by the
perceived value and growth index of the area.
So ask about it.
What Do I Get As Proof of Payment?
When I pay, what will I be given as a proof of payment?
Will You Help With Land Survey?
It saves you a lot of stress if they can do this but then you will most likely be the
one to pay for it.
Do You Have An Investment Club?
Since you are using the mafia style, it is good to know all the options they have and
how you can key into it.
25. Can you help with house building loans?
Some estate companies will do this for you but you will need to ask them about it.
After Completion of Payment, What Will I Be Given?
What papers will you get after the payment is complete? Let them explain to you
and the implications of each document.
26.. Go Hidden Big Time…
If you have followed this entire report keenly, you will notice it is a report about
how the “small guy” can get a cut of the “big guy’s” deal without him suspecting. It
is about going from little to something with real estate and it is most about making
smart but legitimate moves.
One of such moves is Property marketing.
When you have learnt the ropes of land and land flipping and you are quite adept at
it, your next move should be to go hidden big time; doing big mafia deals.
Right now as I write, there are properties selling for $99,000 (N10,890,000+) and I
have seen N25m, even N65m and believe me, there are people who buy these
properties – forget story!
When you go h big time, your job will be to find out who the sellers are, use
smart marketing to get buyers and get a cut. If a property is going at N65million, I
believe that I should be able to get a cut of minimum 3-5million and when you look
at it carefully, you will discover that most people feeding fat in the Nigerian
property market fall into these category of people. They DO NOT own land, they
DO NOT build or buy houses, they just market property and they make
unbelievable returns monthly!
I see no reason why you cannot get to that level of hidden but learn first doing
smaller deals.

providers are either based in the US, Italy, france Ukraine etc. As long as they are based
either in Europe or US, then we can open our paypal account through these cafes. For
you to check if your nearest cybercafé is compatible, simply type www.dnsstuff.com
into your browser. It automatically direct you to the dnsstuff website which identifies
your IP and tells you where you are browsing from. If you are using a starcomms
connection, it simply states that you are browsing in Nigeria. Try your nearest café and
you can check if they’ve got a foreign based IP.
2. Use an IP changer software: The most reliable that have found is the Hide my Ip Software. This
software is available at www.hidemyip.com . You can download the free version trial. This is
available for 14 days. When the 14 days passes, you simply uninstall and install again for another

TURN YOUR PHOTO TO CASH

TURN YOUR PHOTO TO CASH
EARN MONEY SELLING PHOTOS ON THE INTERNET
Got a digital camera? Now you can earn money selling your pictures on the Internet! If you have a good eye and
if you are a creative person, you can generate very nice monthly income by selling your pictures on stock
photography web sites. Personally, I am receiving checks and PayPal transfers for few hundreds bucks every
month and you can do it too.
I truly love online stock photography Internet phenomenon, since it is the first in the world and probably the only
business model which allows amateur photographers like you and me to earn some money from they lovely
hobby. In fact, if you are a talented photographer and you shoot hundreds of pictures every month you can earn a
very significant part of your living by shooting high quality creative pictures for stock photography agencies.
There are many stock photography sites that will be happy to sell your photos and share with you the received
revenues. iStockPhoto, ShutterStock, Fotolia, BigStockPhoto and CanStockPhoto are just few stock sites to
name. All stock sites allow you to register for free as their submitting photographer and start uploading your
work to their banks. However, be aware that many sites will ask you to provide detailed personal information
such as a scan of you picture ID or passport. Also, at many sites you will be requested to sign and fax back a
signed copy of the site's 'submitter agreement'. These requirements are part of continuous effort of limiting the
image fraud on the Internet and protecting both image buyers and image copyright owners from the fraudulent
behavior.
BASIC STOCK PHOTOGRAPHY RULES
the basic stock photography rules are quite simple:
1) Do not submit images that include any copyrighted material Avoid photographing company logos, trademarks,
third-party images and brands.
2) Use appropriate lighting and composition This is common sense, but I will mention it anyway. Your images
compete for the buyers attention with images created by highly qualified talented professional photographers
which shoot for years, own nice equipment and definitely know how and when use it. You must think creatively in
terms of lighting and composition, otherwise your images will never sell.
For instance, if until now you relied on built-in camera flash as a proper source for indoor lighting it is a time to
change your mind. Go to the stock sites and take a look how other photographers use light in their work. You will
probably need to switch to some more professional sources of lighting for your indoor photography. Again - be
creative and you will win the war for the buyers' attention and buyers dollars!
3) Images format must be JPG at most sites, typically starting from 2 megapixels and with max file size of 8-10
MB
4) Prices and payments - what income you can expect Most stock photography agencies pay photographers for
each download (a purchase) made by the image buyer. This is a micro-payment model and the prices you get paid
start as low as $0.20. However, if you were successful to create a real bestselling image you can easy hit few
hundreds downloads a month, so your earning arithmetic can be $0.2 x 300 = $60 monthly for a single image.
Shooting 10 bestsellers monthly could generate you $600 monthly income - definitely not a bad return on a few
hours investment.
The rule of the thumb says the more images you have online in each and every stock photography agency the
more images you sell and the higher monthly income you get. Typically, stock agencies send you a check or a
PayPal transfer at the end of every month if you have earned more than a certain amount of cash, typically $100,
during that month. Your earnings will be collected by the site until they reach this minimal payment.
Well, that's all folks! Just take your digital camera now and go for a shooting session. Oh, - wait!, wait a second.
First, open your web browser and look what other people submit to stock photography agencies. Note the most
popular images and agencies suggestions for stock content categories and keep these subjects in mind when you
shoot. My personal advice? Avoid flowers close-ups, typical landscapes, city scenes and buildings. Try to
materialize business terms and shoot pictures which represent them,e.g. 'success', 'failure', 'partnership'. Be
always creative in your work and your pictures will become online bestsellers. Good luck and happy shooting!

PTR AND PTC

PTR AND PTC
What are PTR and PTC?
Ever came across websites that offers to pay users for just clicking a link or viewing online advertisements? The
Internet is actually flooded with such websites and people can make a few hundred dollars of extra cash per
month from just viewing and clicking these online advertisements. These advertising websites are usually called
Pay To Read (PTR) or Pay To Click (PTC). PTC and PTR are closely related; the only difference is PTCs
requires users to visit the PTC web page to click on advertisements while PTRs send advertisements to your E-
Mail inbox. In this article PTR and PTC are used interchangeably as they are almost similar.
How exactly does this work?
In a bid to increase their site traffic, many websites pay PTR/PTC sites to advertise their web page on the
PTR/PTC sites. These PTR/PTC websites then pay a proportion of the total advertising revenue people like you
and me to click/view these links and advertisements. This is in fact is a win-win situation for the advertised web
page, the advertising website and to the people who click on the links.
After clicking on an advertisement link a new window that contain the advertisement will be launched. There will
usually be a count down timer located at the top of the page. Timer countdowns generally start from 10 seconds
up to 45 seconds. After the countdown users will be asked to click on a certain button on the top of the page to
credit the payment for viewing this advertisement before they close the window. If users close the windows
before the countdown ends or close without clicking on the button to credit them their payment, no payment will
be made for viewing that particular advertisement.
Other than clicking and viewing advertisements, certain PTR/PTC web also offer pay-to-signup scheme. Users
are required to signup as member in certain websites. These scheme ranges from totally free signups to trial
signups to non-free signups. These signups often require the use of a credit card. Payouts are as high as 50
dollars per signup.
How much will I earn?
Now you will be asking, how much do I get paid for clicking and viewing these advertisements? I cant quote a
specific amount of money you will be paid per click or per advertisement view as payment rates differs from site
to site. But in general payment ranges from a mere $0.001 up to $0.10. Other than monetary incentives some of
these sites pays their users in points. These points can then be exchanged for cash or can be used to advertise
your own web page on that PTR/PTC website.
The number of advertisements available for viewing varies too. I have been to some sites that offer $0.01 per
view but they only offer 1 advertisement per 2 to 3 days. While other that pays $0.001 per click offers up to 10
advertisements per pay. Eventually when you add your profits up there are actually not much difference between
a web that pays well per advertisement but offers only a few compared to a web that pays low but offers many
advertisements for viewing.
Often these PTR/PTC websites comes with a referral system. A referral system is where a user who is already a
member of these get-paid website refers some else who is not a member yet to join these websites through a
personal and unique referral link. Monetary incentives are often given to users who are able to get referrals.
When their referrals begin to click and view advertisements, these users will also stand to gain a percentage of
what their referrals earn. Percentage commission varies from just 1% to 100%.
Some PTR/PTC websites offers a one-tier referral system others offer multi-tier referrals system up to 7 tiers.
The first tier being the people that you have directly referred to join the program, second tier being your
referral's referral third tier being your referral's referral's referral.. and so on. So every time one of the members
under you earns a profit you earn a percentage commission of that profit.
Take note this percentage commission that you earn is not subtracted from your referral's total earnings or from
their referrals' total earnings. For example one of your second tier referral makes a profit of 10 dollars this
month (from clicking on advertisement and from his referrals). Lets say the percentage commission is 10 percent
of the profit of your second tier referral; therefore you get a commission of 1 dollar from this referral. Your
second tier referral still earns 10 dollars not 10-1=9 dollars. This is to clear a common misunderstanding that
referrals income are being 'leeched' by those who referred them to the PTR/PTC sites.
Premium Membership?
Many PTR/PTC websites also offers premium membership signups. Premium members stand to gain more
benefits through clicking/viewing advertisements. Some benefits include allocating new signup members as one of
their referrals or more cash incentives from clicking/viewing advertisements.
Beware of Scam!
There are many online PTC and PTR scams that users must take note of. Some PTR and PTC sites have
unreasonably high minimum payout that may take too much time for users to cash their money out therefore
before signing up for any of such sites, please read their Terms and Conditions, Private Policy and FAQ page to
get a deeper understanding of how the site function and their payment methods.
I hope that this guide is useful, all the best!
